What we can't offer to you

To save our planet from stocked products and in order to be in accordance with our value policy we produce products only just in time, which means, ordered products by you are printed only for you. For now, we cannot give you the comfort to return the item. Your benefit of this process is, that you always order unworn garments.

 

Exchanges
What we can offer to you

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are happy to replace them for you, if:

  • Faulty Product: The product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.
  • Placement Issue: If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (Disclaimer: Every item is printed on demand, which means the looks are similar and not exactly the same as you see them on the screen)
  • Incorrect Image: We printed the wrong image.
  • Wrong item sent: We sent you the wrong garment, color or size.
 

Instructions for Exchanges
Checklist what to do

If you believe an error has occured due to an mistake listed above (see Exchanges), please help us with the following:

  1. Take a photo of the problem - If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
  2. Send an email with the subject line "Order # "YourOrderNumber" Replacement Request" to returns@cocolore.com
  3. Include the photo, a description of the issue, the order number. If there are multiple products in the order, please specify the item.

We will respond within a few days.

If you feel you got a product that does not look like you expected from us, we feel sincerely sorry about that. Please contact us at returns@cocolore.com. We may find an individual solution for you, but cannot promise it.
